The Tool is provided by the BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA) to assist prime contractors and subcontractors in evaluating and documenting occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance. The Tool facilitates the assessment of OHS programs, identification of risks, and generation of compliance reports.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Tool.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to use the Tool only for lawful business purposes related to OHS compliance.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Tool is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Tool, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Tool are owned by BCCSA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BCCSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Tool.

7. Modifications
